摘　　要：啶磺草胺是三唑并嘧啶磺酰胺类除草剂,总结了啶磺草胺及其中间体的合成路线和具体合成方法。啶磺草胺主要有2条合成路线,其中之一是由关键中间体2-氨基-5,7-二甲氧基[1,2,4]三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶与2-甲氧基-4-三氟甲基-3-吡啶磺酰氯进行反应得到。Pyroxsulam is a herbicide with chemistry of triazolopyrimidine sulfonamides. The synthetic methods and detailed processes of pyroxsulam and its intermediates were summarized in this paper. There were mainly two different synthetic routes for the preparation of pyroxsulam. Preferably, it was prepared by the reaction of 2-amino-5,7-dimethoxy [1,2,4]lriazolo[ 1,5-a]pyrimidine with 2-methoxy-4-trifluoromethyl-3-pyridinesulfonyl chloride.
