摘 要:采用Potter喷雾法、盆栽喷雾法和根内吸法测定7种药剂对褐飞虱的室内毒力,并对这3种方法进行了比较。结果表明:3种方法测得的药剂对褐飞虱室内毒力结果比较一致,均以烯啶虫胺的毒力为最高,吡蚜酮和毒死蜱毒力较低。Potter喷雾法操作方便,最适合于对褐飞虱室内活性的筛选,但药后调查时间不宜太长。The toxicities of seven insecticides to Nilaparvata lugens Stal were determined by Potter spraying method, rice seedings spraying method, and root absorption method. The results showed that the toxicities of the three methods were consistent. The toxicity of nitenpyram to Nilaparvata lugens Stal was the highest among the seven insecticides, pymetrozine and chlorpyrifos exhibited lower toxicities. Potter spraying method showed the highest toxicity and was convenience. And the method was recommended to determine insecticides toxicity on Nilaparvata lugens Stal.
