摘  要:利用Gleeble1500热模拟试验机进行了K60、X70管线钢两阶段轧制工艺模拟试验,研究不同冷却速度、终冷温度对K60、X70金相组织和显微硬度的影响。结果表明,随着冷速的提高,金相组织细化。在终轧温度850℃,冷速17℃/s,终冷温度540℃时可获得准多边形铁素体(QF)和粒状贝氏体(GBF)为主的混合组织。Taking K60 and X70 pipeline as research objects , the process simulation test of two rolling stages has been carried out on a Gleeble 1500 simulating machine .The effects of cooling rate and finish-ing cooling temperature on the microstructure and hardness were analyzed .The results showed that with the increase of cooling rate , the microstructure was more refined .when the finishing rolling temperature was 850℃, cooling rate was 17℃/s and the finishing cooling temperature was 540℃,the microstructure was composed of Quasi -polygonal Ferrite ( QF) ,Granular Bainitic Ferrite ( QBF) .
