弗兰克“全球体系史观”探析——以《白银资本》为例

摘　　要：弗兰克是西方著名的学者,是战后拉丁美洲"依附理论"的主要代表人物之一。他始终站在发展中国家的立场抨击资本主义,批判所谓智慧和正统的理论。20世纪80年代他的思想发生了转变,这在其著作《白银资本》中展现得淋漓尽致,在这本书里弗兰克对"欧洲中心论"进行了大胆地批判,用一种全球的、整体主义的视野来考察世界历史。弗兰克虽一再强调他是"无中心论者",但他却又很难摆脱欧洲中心论,以致他不自觉的用另一个中心论来挑战欧洲中心论。Frank is a famous western scholar. He is one of the main representatives of ＂Dependency Theory＂ in postwar Latin America. He always censured the capitalism in the position of developing countries, criticizing the so-called ＂intelligent and orthodox＂ theories. However, the 1980s witnessed his changed ideology, which was fully shown in his great works Reorient： Global Economy, in which Frank censured boldly the ＂Europe- centralism,＂ by surveying the history of the world in the global perspective of Holism. Although Frank repeatedly stressed that he was no ＂centralism＂, yet it was very hard for him to get rid of the theory of Europe-centralism, with the result that he unconsciously uses another theory of centralism to challenge the theory of Europe-centralism.
