摘　　要：华裔美国文学新生代作家伍慧明凭借《骨》和《望岩》两部小说享誉美国文坛。纵观伍慧明的小说创作,既继承了老一辈华裔作家赵健秀等开创的传统,以描写华裔美国感性为己任,又立足于自己及父辈们的经历,以独特的叙事来书写和构建华裔美国感性。在其两部作品中,伍慧明以别具一格的叙事手法分别从历史、家园和身份三个方面对华裔美国感性进行了书写。她以感伤故事的形式深入挖掘了华裔美国人不堪回首的历史,借助唐人街的现实主义叙事细致描绘了华裔赖以生存的家园,并通过灵活的叙事视角探讨了华裔美国人对身份的追寻。As a new-generation Chinese American writer, Fae Myenne Ng is best known for her two wide-ly acclaimed novels Bone and Steering Toward Rock.This study of her creative writing shows that Fae Myenne Ng carries on the tradition established by Frank Chin of writing about Chinese American Sensibility and even constructs her own version of it with the help of her forefathers’ and her own experiences.In these two novels, she explores Chinese American Sensibility from the aspects of history, sense of home and identity in her u-nique narratives.She uncovers the traumatic history of Chinese Americans by telling sentimental stories, de-scribes their sense of home by portraying Chinatown in a realistic way, and discusses Chinese Americans’ quest for their identity by using multiple points of view.
