摘　　要：按照创新创业教育服务于创新型国家建设的思路,可从三个方面增强应用型大学生的创新能力和在创新基础上的创业能力:构建创新创业平台,培养大学生专利意识,探索创新创业成果孵化机制。从而系统构建出应用型大学生创新创业人才培养模式及完整体系,拓展大学生的就业渠道。According to the ideas that innovation entrepreneurship education serves the innovation - type national construction, there are three methods to improve the applied college students＇capacity for innovation and entrepre-neurial abilities based on innovation： huilding platform of innovation entrepreneurship, fostering the college students＇ patent consciousness; exploring incubation mechanism of innovation entrepreneurship result, so that per- sormel training mode and whole system of innovation entrepreneurship on applied college students can be structured systematically, which will develop more channels for employment.
