大学内部治理中社会资本积聚的障碍及破解路径

摘　　要：大学内部社会资本作为现代化高等教育资本形式之一,是大学内部高效治理和永葆活力的根源所在。积聚和运营大学内部社会资本可以减少大学内部治理成本、增强学校内部凝聚力和促进大学内部协同创新。但在大学内部治理中,由于制度供给不足、权力关系失范、利益整合不畅以及存在信任危机等因素,阻碍了大学内部社会资本积聚。针对这些主要的障碍因素,应从完善制度供给、协调权力冲突、调整利益关系、培育内部信任、承载网络责任等维度,设计大学内部社会资本培育路径,促进大学内部社会资本的积聚,实现大学内部治理的现代化。The accumulation of social capital in university can save the university＇s internal governance costs, enhance the school internal cohesion and promote the university ts internal innovation. But in the university internal governance process, due to insufficient supply of system, the anomie of power relations, the poor integration of the interests as well as the presence of trust crisis, it is difficult for university to accumulate internal social capital. According to these obstacles, we should improve system supply, coordinate power conflicts, adjust interest relation, nurture the internal trust, and undertake network responsibility to promote the accumulation of social capital, and to realize the modernization of the university internal governance.
