摘  要:针对传统路基压实度测量设备存在操作复杂、破坏性检测和测量时间长的缺点,研制了一种由STM32单片机控制的操作简单、对路基无损伤且快速测量压实度的测量装置.该装置通过图形操作界面触摸选择不同的路基,单片机控制电机带动落锤提升到固定位置作自由落体运动,落锤产生固定冲击力将导杆打入地下,同时超声波模块采用时差法测量导杆下降的位移量,经单片机将位移量转换为压实度并传输给LCD显示.测试结果表明,该装置实现了对不同路基压实度的测量,平均误差为0.54.For the problems of complex operation, the destructive testing and long-time measurement existing in the traditional sub-grade compaction measuring equipment, the equipment of measuring degree of compaction quickly with a simple operation and no damage to the roadbed was developed. It selected different roadbeds by touching a graphical user interface. The motor controlled by MCU drove the drop hammer and the drop hammer was raised to a fixed position, then it freefell, the drop hammer produced the fixed impact which made the guide rod into the ground. At the same time, the Ultrasonic module measured the dropped displacement of the guide rod by using the time difference method. MCU converted the displacement into degree of compaction and transmit it to LED for display. The test results showed that this equipment implemented the measurement of degree of compaction for different roadbeds with the average error of 0.54.
