含三苯基吡啶结构的氟化聚酰亚胺的合成与性能研究

摘  要:以二胺单体4–(4’–三氟甲基)苯基–2,6–二(4’–氨基)苯基吡啶(TPBAPP)与六氟二酐(6FDA)为原料采用两步法制备了含三苯基吡啶结构的氟化聚酰亚胺.制备的聚酰亚胺具有优异的综合性能,在强极性和弱极性溶剂中均具有很好的溶解性,其玻璃化转变温度为356°C,5%的热失重温度为538°C.此外,PI膜拉伸强度为68 MPa,弹性模量达到1.25 GPa,在600 nm下的透光率达到83.3%,吸水率为0.56%,介电常数为3.49.本研究可为聚酰亚胺的改性及应用提供数据支撑.A novel polyimide (PI) containing triarylpyridine groups was successfully synthesized via two-step method, in which 4,4-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphthalic anhydride (6FDA) and 4-(4'-trifluoromethylphenyl)-2,6-bis(4'-aminophenyl)pyridine (TPBAPP) used as raw materials. The PI prepared has excellent comprehensive properties and can be well dissolved in polar or weak polar solvent. Meanwhile, the PI exhibited outstanding thermal stability, with the glass transition temperature of 356 ℃, and the temperature at 5% weight loss of 538 ℃ in nitrogen. Furthermore, the .PI film was found to possess good mechanical properties with a tensile strength of 68 MPa and a tensile modulus of 1.25 GPa, as well as desirable optical transparency of 83.3% at 600nm, low moisture uptake of 0.56% and low dielectric constant of 3.49. This study should provide a data support for the modification and application of polyimide.
