一期后路病灶清除植骨融合内固定治疗腰骶椎结核的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨一期后路病灶清除植骨融合内固定治疗腰骶椎结核的围手术期护理。方法选择我科从2001年9月至2012年9月采用一期后路病灶清除、植骨融合、内固定治疗的15例腰骶椎结核患者,术前采用心理护理、健康宣教、营养支持,术后监测生命体征、体位护理、协助指导患者康复锻炼等。结果所有患者围手术期无肺部感染、压疮、深静脉血栓形成等并发症发生,均取得满意疗效。结论围手术期护理对于腰骶椎结核手术患者病情恢复和减少并发症的发生具有重要意义。Objective To explore the nursing of one-stage posterior debridement, bone graft and internal fixation for the treatment of lumbosacral tuberculosis. Methods A total of 15 cases lurebosacral tuberculosis patients treated by one-stage posterior debridement, bone graft and internal fixation in our hospital from September 2001 to September 2012 were selected. The psychological nursing, health education and nutrition support were performed before operation. Vital signs monitoring, posture nursing and rehabilitation exercises were performed after operation. Results No pulmonary infection, pressure sore and deep venous thrombosis occurred in any patient in perioperative period, satisfactory results were achieved in all cases. Conclusion Perioperative period nursing plays an important role for the recovery of patients with lumbosaeral tuberculosis based on anti-tuberculosis treatment, it also could reduce the complications.
