硝酸咪康唑栓与硝酸咪康唑阴道软胶囊治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的不良反应比较

摘　　要：目的探讨硝酸咪康唑栓和硝酸咪康唑阴道软胶囊治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的临床疗效和用药期间不良反应,为临床用药提供参考。方法选择我院门诊就诊的念珠菌性阴道炎患者174例,以随机抽样方式分为对照组和实验组各87例,对照组口服氟康唑胶囊(150mg,qd,连服3d)+外用硝酸咪康唑栓(0.2g,qn,连用7晚);实验组口服氟康唑胶囊(150mg,qd,连服3d)+外用硝酸咪康唑阴道软胶囊(1.2g,qn),观察两组的临床疗效和不良反应。结果对照组总有效率96.5%,稍低于实验组的97.7%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组不良反应16例,占18.4%;对照组7例,占8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的硝酸咪康唑药物中,硝酸咪康唑阴道软胶囊疗程短,患者依从性高,但其副作用相对较大,硝酸咪康唑栓治疗周期较长,其不良反应相对较小,建议临床医生结合实际情况作出个体化治疗方案。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and the adverse reaction of miconazole nitrate suppository and miconazole nitrate vaginal soft capsule in treatment of candidal vaginitis, to provide reference for the rational use of drugs. Methods A total of 174 candidal vaginitis cases were randomly assigned to 2 groups： the control group took 150rag fluconazole capsule for 3 days, one capsule daily, and inserted vagina with the 0.2g miconazole nitrate suppository every night for 7 days, the experimental group took 150mg fluconazole capsule for 3 days, one capsule daily, and inserted vagina with 1.2g miconazole nitrate vaginal soft capsule. Clinical efficacy, adverse reaction of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate（97. 7%） of experimental group was higher than the control group（96.5%）, but the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）, the total adverse reaction rate（18.4%） of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group（8%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Miconazole nitrate vaginal soft capsule can shorten the healing time, the compliance of patients is good, but the adverse reaction is relatively large. Miconazole nitrate suppository treatment period is longer and less adverse reaction. Advise clinicians draw up individualize treatment plans according to the actual situation.
