摘 要:研究锯齿分梳板隔距变化对生条、棉纱质量的影响问题。在梳棉机刺辊下分别加装了锯齿分梳板和小漏底,锯齿分梳板与刺辊隔距分别为0.3 mm、0.6 mm、0.9 mm、1.2 mm和1.5 mm,对不同隔距下生条及棉纱进行质量检测。结果表明:(1)锯齿分梳板隔距为0.9 mm最有利于生条中棉结的去除。对于生条棉结而言,采用隔距0.3 mm不如小漏底工艺。(2)锯齿分梳板隔距为0.3 mm最有利于生条中短绒的去除。采用大隔距不如小漏底工艺去除短绒的效果好。(3)锯齿分梳板隔距为0.3 mm最有利于成纱强力的提高,采用大隔距不利于成纱强力的改善。(4)锯齿分梳板隔距为1.5 mm和1.2 mm有利于成纱条干的改善,锯齿分梳板采用小隔距对于成纱条干的提高是不利的。Effect of saw - tooth carding plate gauge on the quality of card sliver and cotton yarn was studied. Saw - tooth carding plate and taker - in grid were installed under the card taker - in. The gauge between saw - tooth carding plate and taker - in was 0.3 mm, 0.6 ram, 0.9 ram, 1.2 mm and 1.5 ram, respectively. The quality of sliver and yarn produced with different gauge was tested. The results show that saw - tooth carding plate gauge of 0. 9mm are most conducive to the removal of neps in card sliver; with regard to the removal effect of neps in card sliver, a 0.3 mm saw - tooth carding plate gauge is not as good as the taker - in grid p plate gauge of 0.3 mm is most in favor of the removal of short fibers in card sliver; with rocess. Saw - tooth carding regard to the removal effect of short fibers in card sliver, a great gauge is not as good as the taker - in grid process. Saw - tooth carding plate gauge of 0. 3 mm is most beneficial to improving yarn strength; a great gauge is not conductive to the improvement of yarn strength. Saw - tooth carding plate gauge of 1,5 mm and 1.2 mm are beneficial to the improvement of yarn evenness, while a small saw- tooth carding plate gauge is unfavorable to the improvement of yarn evenness.
