福建船政学堂章程对现代大学章程建设的启示

摘　　要：福建船政学堂是中国近代第一所高等实业学堂,是中国近代海军的摇篮和近代工业的发祥地,开创了近代教育的先河,为近代中国培养了大批优秀人才,在中国近代史上具有深远的影响。福建船政学堂章程及规章制度与其教育的成功有着密切关系。本文通过介绍福建船政学堂的章程制定,挖掘其在招生就业、专业课程设置、考核制度、学生管理及办学模式等方面的特色,探讨其对现代大学章程建设的启示。Fujian Shipyard School is the first modern higher professional school in China.It is the birthplace of Chinese modern navy and the cradle of modern industry.Meanwhile,it is the harbinger of modern education fostering a large number of outstanding talents for modern China.Therefore,it has a profound influence on Chinese modern history.Furthermore,there is a close relationship between the success of Fujian Shipyard School and its statues.This paper explores the revelation of Fujian Shipyard School statutes to the construction of modern university statutes by introducing Fujian Shipyard School statues and further analyzing its enrollment and employment policies,its curriculum and examination system,as well as its student management and school running mode.
