摘　　要：随着中医诊断学的长期发展,有些地区会在特定的人文和自然环境下形成具有地方特色的诊断风格。岭南的舌诊特点是在其地方医学长期发展的过程中逐渐形成的,是对传统舌诊经验的继承,又是地方特色的体现。由于其特定的自然环境,受温病学派影响较大,对温热性疾病舌象研究深入;重视舌诊对内伤病、儿科病的意义;重视舌的脏腑分部;强调实践,实用务实。With long-term development of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine, local-featured diagnostic styles in some regions have been formed in specific cultural and natural environment. Lingnan tongue diagnosis feature is formed gradually in the process of long-term development of the local medicine, which is the inheritance of traditional tongue diagnosis experience and the embodiment of local characteristic. Due to the specific natural environment, it is greatly influenced by epidemic febrile disease school, and it contains the research of tongue manifestation of febrile diseases. It values the significance of applying tongue diagnosis in treatment of internal diseases and pediatric diseases, and attaches great importance to belonging relationships between zang-fu viscera and tongue, and also emphasizes clinical practice.
