摘  要:目的:探讨国医大师颜正华教授处方用药规律。方法:在收集处方的基础上,基于中医传承辅助平台系统构建数据库,应用关联规则apriori算法等方法,分析处方中单味药物频次、药物组合频次、关联规则与核心药物组合等。结果:高频次药物包括陈皮、赤芍、白芍、丹参、佛手等,高频次药物组合包括"陈皮,香附"、"赤芍,香附"、"白芍,香附"等,置信度≥0.97的关联规则包括"龙骨,牡蛎"、"香附,龙骨->牡蛎"、"赤芍,柴胡->香附"等,治疗胃痛和反酸的核心药物组合均包括"香附、白芍、赤芍、煅瓦楞子、陈皮、佛手、旋覆花、砂仁"8味药物。结论:颜正华教授含香附处方所用药物多具理气调中、活血调经之功效,遣药组方严谨,配伍理法清晰。Objective: To explore the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) master YAN Zhenghua. Methods: The prescriptions including Rhizoma Cyperi that built by professor YAN were collected to build a database based on TCM inheritance assist system. The method of association rules with apriofi algorithm from data analysis module in TCM inheritance assist system was used to achieve frequency of single medicine, frequency of drug combinations, association rules between drugs and core drug combinations. Results: The data-mining results indicated that in the prescriptions that including Rhizoma Cyperi, the highest frequency used drugs were Pericarpium Cirri Reticulatae, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Fructus Cirri Sarcodactylis and so on. The most frequent drug combinations were 'Pericarpium Cirri Reticulatae, Rhizoma Cyperi', 'Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Rhizoma Cyperi', and 'Radix Paeoniae Alba, Rhizoma Cyperi'. The drug association rules of confidence coefficient that more than 0.97 were 'Fossilia Ossis Mastodi, Concha Ostreae' 'P, hizoma Cyperi, Fossilia Ossis Mastodi -〉 Concha Ostreae', 'Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Radix Bupleuri, Rhizoma Cyperi', etc. The core drug combinations in the treatment of stomachache and acid regurgitation were Rhizoma Cyperi, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Calcined Concha Arcae, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis, Inula Flower and Fructus Amomi. Conclusion: The drugs in the prescriptions including Rhizoma Cyperi that built by professor YAN mostly had the effects of regulating qi-flowing for coordinating middle jiao and promoting blood circulation to restore menstrual flow, which reflected the clearly thought when making prescriptions.
