摘 要:目的:观察老年期痴呆寒凝血瘀证模型大鼠一氧化氮(NO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量,分析2种指标含量的变化与老年期痴呆寒凝血瘀证的关系。方法:采用分次永久结扎双侧颈总动脉,叠加腹腔注射D-半乳糖建立老年期痴呆大鼠模型,在疾病模型基础上施以低温环境刺激,建立病证结合寒凝血瘀证的老年期痴呆大鼠模型。造模结束后通过Morris水迷宫和血流变验证造模情况,并测定海马内NO和SOD的含量。结果:老年期痴呆组与病证结合寒凝血瘀证组模型大鼠的NO、SOD含量差异存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:老年期痴呆寒凝血瘀证模型大鼠学习记忆障碍与海马内NO的水平过高,SOD含量降低有关。Objective: Observation of the content of Nitric oxide (NO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in senile dementia rats model with the cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome, to analyze the relationship between the changes in the content of the two indexes and senile dementia rats model with the cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome. Methods: The senile dementia rat model was established with permanent ligation rat bilateral common carotid artery combined with D-galactose by intraperitoneal injection. After modeling the enile dementia model, the rats were exposed to low temperature environment that established the combination of disease and syndrome model, senile dementia rats model with the cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome. Morris water maze test and changes in blood flow test were used to verify the model. And, the contents of NO and SOD in hippocampus were detected. Results: There were significant differences in the contents of NO and SOD between the senile dementia group and the combination of disease and syndrome model group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The learning and memory impairment of senile dementia rats model with the cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome may be related with the high level of NO and the low level of SOD in the hippoeampus.
