贾立群教授中医外治新抗癌剂所致外周神经毒性反应的临证经验

摘　　要：随着新的抗癌药物的不断出现,肿瘤患者的生存时间得到延长,与此同时,由此所产生的一些不良反应也随之出现。这些不良反应在使用抗癌药的后过程中导致了许多有效的治疗因患者不耐受不良反应而中断,也令即将使用新抗癌药物的患者望而生畏。这些不良反应其现代医学机制尚未得到充分研究,现有的处理措施也无法解决临床中的实际问题。中日友好医院贾立群教授多年关注中医外治法防治化疗所致不良反应,对以辨证论治为特点的传统医学和新化疗药物所致不良反应有着独特的观点,在长期化疗药的临床应用中取得了较好的临床疗效。尤其是对外周神经毒性反应的关注较为重视,经过反复实践,总结出其"理、法、方、药",受到业内认可。With the continuous emergence of new anticancer agent, the survival time of cancer patients is prolonged, meanwhile, some adverse reaction appeared. These adverse reactions in the process of using anticancer drugs have led to many effective treatments interrupted, and also some patients are terrified by sight of this. The modern medicine mechanism of adverse reactions have not been fully researched, and the existing measures cannot solve the practical problems in clinical. Professor JIA Li-qun pays close attention to applying external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy for years, and holds a unique viewpoint on traditional Chinese medicine characterized by treatment based on syndrome differentiation and adverse reactions caused by new chemotherapy drugs, and his endeavor has obtained good clinical curative effect in the clinical application of long-term chemotherapy. Professor JIA especially attaches importance to the peripheral neurotoxicity, and summarizes a series of principle-method-recipe-medicines recognized by TCM field after practice.
