摘　　要：邵经明教授从医80余载,一生博古采今,融会贯通,勤耕不辍,精心著述,硕果累累。邵老临床经验丰富,医技精湛,诊治疾病独树一帜。诊病时重视病证合参,做到病清证明,有的放矢;针灸处方选穴力争少而精;突出整体辨证,擅长用背俞穴治疗各科杂症;强调临床实践,注重针刺时调气、治神和机体状态,并将针技与气功结合,创热感手法;善用刺络放血治疗瘀、热、壅滞和各种痼疾;临证每遇疑难杂症,则以针药并举,其处方严谨,用药精当,药味虽平,常可起沉疴而愈痼疾。笔者认为邵经明教授独特的学术思想和临床经验,值得同道学习并将其发扬光大。Professor SHAO Jing-ming engaged in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） for more than 80 years. He acquired knowledge of TCM from ancient and modem literature researches, and achieved mastery through a comprehensive study. Professor SHAO had never stop writing so that he enjoyed innumerable great achievements. Professor SHAO was known as an eminent acupuncturist with abundant clinical experienceand consummate skills, and the method he established to cure diseases was unique. He held that diagnosis and treatment must be based on differentiation of symptoms and signs, so as to know the distinction of patients＇ condition clearly and treat them with pertinence. He also deemed that to choose fewer but better acupoints for acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions. In clinical, he paid attention to value integral syndrome differentiation and was good at using back-shu points to treat difficult and miscellaneous diseases. He emphasized clinical practice and paid attention to regulation on qi, mind and spirit, and body status. He created the heat-sensation acupuncture and moxibustion technique based on the combination with acupunctureand Qigong. Professor SHAO was also skilled in treating blood stasis, heat, stagnation and other chronic illnesses by using bloodletting therapy. For the difficult and complicated diseases, he tended to apply the acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicines, and the prescriptions were rigorous with fewer and appropriate herbs, which was suitable for aeipathia. It was thought that professor SHAO Jing-ming＇s unique academic thoughts and clinical experience were worth learning and carrying forward.
