浅谈点按法的临床应用现状

摘　　要：按法是人类历史上最古老的推拿手法之一,其中,点按法以其操作简便、刺激深透、作用广泛为特点,成为目前临床上应用最普遍的治疗手法。文章结合了近几年的相关临床报道,通过探讨点按法治疗中医伤科、内科、妇科、儿科等疾病的应用情况及适用范围,为按法在临床上的合理使用提供参考依据。Pressure manipulation is one of the most ancient massage skills and is also the most popular skill in the clinical practice with characteristics as simple operation and wide application. This research reviews the relevant clinical reports in recent years, in order to provide reference foundation for the reasonable clinical application of pressure manipulation through discussion on application situation and range of treating diseases of osteology and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine, internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine and pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine with and pressure manipulation.
