摘 要:目的:研究参麦汤对糖耐量减低(I G T)大鼠血清铁蛋白(S F)、炎性相关因子C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及血脂的影响,探讨参麦汤改善IGT大鼠糖脂的作用机制及糖耐量低减阶段的病理机制。方法:制备IGT大鼠模型,以二甲双胍为对照评价参麦汤对IGT大鼠SF、CRP、IL-6及血脂的影响,通过ELISA法测IGT大鼠血清SF、CRP、IL-6,酯酶法测血脂4项(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C)。结果:各干预组均能降低SF、CRP、IL-6水平,其中以参麦汤组作用明显(P<0.01);相关性分析SF与FPG、TG、CRP、IL-6、Cr显著正相关(r=0.675、0.539、0.814、0.702,0.326,P<0.01,P<0.05);CRP与FPG、TG、IL-6显著正相关(r=0.570、0.388、0.646,P<0.01);SF、CRP与HDL-C显著负相关(r=-0.364、-0.317,P<0.01,P<0.05);IL-6与FPG、TG、TC、Cr、UA显著正相关(r=0.433、0.458、0.339、0.414、0.333,P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:参麦汤可以改善IGT大鼠糖脂毒性可能与其调节血清SF和炎性相关因子CRP、IL-6的水平有关。Objective: To study the influence of Shenmai Decoction on serum ferritin (SF), CRP, IL-6 and blood fat in rats with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT), in order to investigate the pathological mechanism of improving the glucolipotoxicity of IGT rats with Shenmai Decoction. Methods: The IGT rat models were established to evaluate the influence of Shenmai Decoction on SF. CRP, IL-6 and blood fat based on the comparison with metfomin. The levels of CRP, IL-6 and SF in serum of IGT rats were determined by using Elisa method, and the levels of TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C were determined by using esterase methods. Results: The levels of SF, CRP and IL-6 of rats in the intervention group were reduced, and the effect of Shenmai Decoction was the most obvious among them (P〈0.01). The results of correlation analysis showed that there was significant positive correlation among SF, FPG, TG, CRP, IL-6 and Cr (r=0.675, 0.539, 0.814, 0.702, 0.326; P〈0.01, P〈0.05), and the positive correlation among CRP, FPG, TG and IL-6 was significant (r=0.570, 0.388, 0.646; P〈0.01). Correlation analysis showed that SF and CRP levels correlated negatively with HDL-C (r=-0.364, -0.317; P〈0.01, P〈0.05), and IL-6 levels correlated negatively with FPG, TG, TC, Cr and UA (r= 0.433, 0.458, 0.339, 0.414, 0.333; P〈0.01, P〈0.05). Conclusion: Shenmai Decoction could improve glucolipotoxicity of IGT rats, and the mechanism might relate with the regulation effect of Shenmai decoction on SF in serum, CRP and IL-6 levels.
