癌性贫血的中医证候与用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:了解目前中医对癌性贫血中医证候的认识,寻找其规律,为进一步临床研究提供理论依据。方法:采用计算机检索与人工检索结合的方法,对癌性贫血中医证候进行文献分析,数据应用Frequencie法进行处理。结果:按照入选标准和排除标准,共纳入30篇论文,分析结果显示多认为癌性贫血为虚证(75.61%);常见类型为脾肾两虚(29.27%)、气血两虚(12.20%)和脾虚血亏(7.32%);多认为病位在脾、肾,而其中脾虚是癌性贫血的重要发病因素,治疗选药首位亦为健脾益气。结论:目前对癌性贫血中医证候的证型分析尚属研究阶段,在今后的实践中,有必要展开大样本的中医证候调查。Objective： To realize the current understanding of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndromes of cancer related anemia and find its regular pattern, in order to provide a theoretical basis for further clinical study of cancer related anemia. Methods： The combination of computer retrieval and manual retrieval method was adopted to collect relevant literatures about TCM syndromes of cancer related anemia, and Frequencie method was used to analyze the data. Results： According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, 30 papers were included. The analysis results showed that cancer related anemia was mainly deficiency syndrome （75.61%）, including deficiency of both spleen and kidney （29.27%）, deficiency of both qi and blood （12.20%） and deficiency of spleen and blood （7.32%）. Most experts thought that the locations of cancer related anemia were spleen and kidney, and spleen deficiency was the most important incidence factor of cancer related anemia, so the herbs for invigorating spleen and replenishing qi should be preferred in treatment of cancer related anemia. Conclusion： The present researches status of TCM syndromes of cancer related anemia is still in its initial stage, and it is necessary to carry out a large sample survey of syndromes in the future practice.
