摘　　要：目的:基于健康问卷调查表(SF-12),研究冠心病稳定性心绞痛中医病证与生活质量之间的关系。方法:采用横断面调查方法,一次性采集12个分中心符合入选标准的患者,使用SF-12作为评价生活质量的工具,运用Logistic回归、单因素方差分析,探讨SF-12两个不同维度与冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者中医病证的关系。结果:Logistic回归结果显示,冠心病中医病证与生活质量的相关性具有统计学意义;单因素方差分析显示,SF-12的心理维度(MCS)上,病组、痰组、气组的组间差异没有统计学意义;在SF-12的生理维度(PCS)上,P=0.015,组间差异具有统计学意义。结论:冠心病稳定性心绞痛病证与生活质量有一定的相关性。Objective： Based on the SF-12 health survey questionnaire, to study the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome of coronary heart disease angina and quality of life. Methods： Patients, according to criteria, from 12 sub-centers were collected all at once by using cross-sectional survey method. To investigate the relationship between two different dimensions of health questionnaire （SF-12） and TCM syndromes of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease by using SF-12 （a evaluation tool of life quality）, Logistic regression analysis and one-way analysis of variance （ANOVA）. Results： The result of Logistic regression analysis showed that there was statistical significance in the correlation between TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease and life quality. The result of ANOFA showed that there was no statistical significance among disease group, phlegm group, and qi group in the MCS dimension of SF-12 scale, and the statistical difference between groups was significant in the PCS dimension of SF-12 scale. Conclusion： There was a certain correlation between syndrome of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and quality of life.
