摘　　要：目的:探讨章次公、龚志贤、魏龙骧3位已故名老中医治疗老年病的用药特点。方法:通过对章次公、龚志贤、魏龙骧三老治疗老年病的医案进行用药分析,运用Excel软件创建3位名老中医用药数据库,从用药的频次、药性、归经研究3位名老中医用药特点。结果:在用药种类上,补虚药占35.43%,远大于其余类药,且补虚药中以补气与补血药为主;在药性上,偏温热性的药占大多数,为44.15%,偏寒凉的药占31.83%,而平性的药占24.02%;在归经上,入五脏的占大部分,为74.76%。诸脏中,以入脾经最多,肺经其次,胃经占第3。结论:3位名老中医把补虚作为老年病的基本治法,在此基础上施用清热、活血、化痰等祛邪治法,特别注意调养脾胃,处方谨慎,注意药气平和,无大毒峻猛及气味腥臭之药。Objective： To explore characteristics of herbal medication for geriatric disease by three deceased famous TCM doctors of Beijing Hospital. Methods： Medical records of geriatric diseases from ZHANG Ci-gong, GONG Zhi-xian and WEI Long-xiang were digitized. Database was created containing herbal medication data to study the characteristics of the three physicians from medication frequency resistance, category, taste and channel tropism points. Results： In the kinds of herbal medication, tonic herbs,the majority of which was yin and qi tonifying herbs, accounted for 35.43% of all, far more than other kinds. In the properties of herbal medication, hot property took the main part, accounting for 44.15%. The cold and neutral properties took 31.82% and 24.02% respectively. In the channel tropism, the five internal organs herbs took the most, accounting for 74.76%. Herbs taking into the spleen, lung and stomach took the top three. Conclusion： Tonifying was the basic principle treatment for geriatric disease from three famous TCM doctors of Beijing Hospital. Application of reducing fever, activating blood and dissolving stasis, expectorant and other treatment were used on this basis, with especially care of the spleen and stomach, cautious drug prescription, and no poisonous, fierce and foul smell of medicine.
