摘　　要：目的:探索古代针灸对肠道运动的双向调节作用。方法:收集针灸治疗腹泻和便秘的古代文献,用数据挖掘技术分析古代针灸治疗腹泻和便秘相同腧穴的经穴特点和规律。结果:获文献腹泻235篇、便秘130篇,共25个相同穴,相同穴在腹泻表中191次,便秘表中141次。治疗腹泻的高频穴在便秘表中排名靠后,而治疗便秘的高频穴在腹泻表中排名较后。古代针灸治疗腹泻以章门配小肠俞常见,以任脉为首,多用腹部穴;古代针灸治疗便秘以章门配照海常见,以膀胱经为首,多用下肢穴。治疗腹泻和便秘均以特定穴为首选。结论:腧穴对肠道运动确实存在双向调节效应。也说明运用数据挖掘技术来探讨古代针灸对肠道运动的双向调节作用具有重要意义。Objective： To explore the bidirectional regulation effect of ancient acupuncture on intestinal motility. Methods： The ancient literature that acupuncture was used for treatment of diarrhea and constipation were collected. Then the characteristics and rule of channels and acupoints commonly used in the treatment of diarrhea and constipation were analyzed with data mining. Results： With 235 literature of diarrhea and 130 literature of constipation being analyzed, it turned out that there were 25 common acupoints used for the treatment of diarrhea and constipation. The frequency of common acupoints used for the treatment of diarrhea accounted for 191, while constipation accounted for 141. The high frequency of acupoints used for the treatment of diarrhea was at the bottom of the constipation list, while acupoints used for constipation was at the bottom of the acupoints list. Zhangmen （LR13） matched Xiaochangshu （BL27） were used to treat diarrhea in ancient acupuncture, with ren channel as the main channel, and abdominal acupoints as the first selection. While, Zhangmen （LR13） matched Zhaohai （KI6） were used to treat constipation in ancient acupuncture, with the urinary bladder channel as the main channel, and lower limb acupoints as the first selection. Conclusion： Acupoints indeed has bidirectional regulation effect on intestinal motility. It shows that there is a great significance in exploring the bidirectional regulation effect of ancient acupuncture on intestinal motility based on data mining.
