摘  要:目的:研究化浊行血颗粒对动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型大鼠血脂和颈总动脉结构的影响,探讨治疗AS的有效中药。方法:实验动物按体质量随机分为正常对照组、模型组和药物组,每组12只,采用高脂饲料法建立大鼠食饵性AS模型。建模后,药物组灌胃给予化浊行血颗粒水溶液(12g生药·kg-1·d-1),正常对照组、模型组分别给予等容量蒸馏水,连续8周。观察血脂和颈总动脉结构变化。结果:血脂:与正常对照组比较,模型组血清胆固醇(CH)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)明显增高(P<0.01)。药物组与模型组比较,血清CH、TG、LDL-C明显降低(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)明显增高(P<0.05)。颈总动脉结构:正常对照组颈总动脉结构正常;模型组内膜明显增厚,有大量脂滴沉积和胆固醇结晶形成;药物组内膜较模型组变薄,脂滴沉积和胆固醇结晶减少。结论:化浊行血颗粒可有效控制模型大鼠血脂水平,能稳定AS斑块、保护血管内膜、减少脂滴沉积和胆固醇结晶形成,对抗AS内膜增厚和斑块形成。Objective: To explore the effects of Huazhuo Xingxue Particle on blood fat and carotid artery structure in rats with atherosclerosis (AS), and to look for effective Chinese medicine for treating AS. Methods: Rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, and treatment group with 12 rats in each group. Rat models of AS were established by feeding highfat diet. After rat models established, rats in the treatment group were treated with water solution of Huazhuo Xingxue particle (12g · kg^-1·d^-1), and rats in the control group and the model group were treated with the same volume distilled water lasted for 8 weeks. The changes of blood fat and carotid artery structure were observed. Results: Compared with the control group, the contents of CH, TG and LDL-CH in rat serum of the model group were higher (P〈0.01). Compared with the model group, CH, TG, LDL-C of the treatment group were decreased significantly (P〈0.01), and HDL-CH content was increased significantly (P〈0.05). Carotid artery structure of rats in the control group was normal, while the carotid artery of rats in the model group appeared intima thickening, fat droplets deposition and cholesterol crystal formation. After treatment of Huazhuo Xingxue Particle, endangium were thinner, fat droplets deposition and cholesterol crystal decreased. Conclusion: Huazhuo Xingxue Particle could effectively control the level of blood fat and increase the HDL-C level of rats. Huazhuo Xingxue Particle could stabilize AS plaque, reduce fat deposit, cholesterol crystal and organelles damage, resist the thickness of endangium and plaque formation.
