摘 要:目的探讨军校新生性别及入伍前锻炼、受伤对与军事训练伤关系及军事训练项目与训练伤类型。方法对某军校745例新生进行训练前调查及训练期间发生训练伤患肢进行统计分析。结果经40d训练后,共146例发生训练伤,发生率为19.60%,入伍前锻炼及受伤情况对比,均具有统计学意义,P<0.05。5 km越野训练受伤率最高,为57(39.04%)例,射击训练中发生率最低,为8(5.48%)例;受伤类型中以软组织挫伤发生率最高,为48(32.88%)例,其它损伤发生率最低,为10(6.85%)例。结论新生军事训练伤为多因素综合作用结果,从多方综合预防,可有效降低训练伤发生率,提高训练效率、提高学员身体素质,以提高战斗能力。Objective Explore newborn sex and enlisted former military exercises and military training injuries injuries on relationships and military training programs and training injury type.Methods 745 cases of a nascent military training and training before the investigation limb injuries during training for statistical analysis.Results The 40d training,a total of 146 cases of training injury occurred,the rate was 19.60%,the army and the injured contrast to the situation before the exercise, were statistically significant,P&lt;0.05.5km cross-country training injury rate is highest,at 57(39.04%)cases,shooting the lowest incidence of training for 8(5.48%) cases;injury types with the highest incidence of soft tissue contusion,48 (32.88%) cases, the lowest incidence of other injuries,10(6.85%)cases.Conclusion Freshman military training injuries for multiple factors combined results from multiple integrated prevention, can effectively reduce the incidence of training injury,improve training efficiency, improve student physical fitness to improve combat capability.
