以家庭为中心的社区护理干预在儿童肺炎防治中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析以家庭为中心的社区护理干预应用在儿童肺炎防治中的临床效果。方法:选择2012年7月-2014年6月社区中的100例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法把其分成对照组和研究组,其中研究组患者采用社区护理干预实施护理,而对照组患者采用一般护理方法实施护理。结果:经过临床治疗后,研究组患儿的临床治疗效果明显优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以家庭为中心的社区护理干预应用在儿童肺炎防治中效果显著,可以有效解除患者的临床症状,是一种可行性、安全性、有效性较高的护理方案。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of family-centered community nursing intervention on the prevention and treatment of pneumonia in children.Method：100 children with pneumonia in the community from July 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,the study group was treated with community nursing intervention while the control group was treated with general nursing method. Result：After the clinical treatment,the clinical therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of family-centered community nursing intervention used on the prevention and cure of children pneumonia is remarkable.It can not only effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients,but also reduce the occurrence rate of children pneumonia.It is a nursing program with high feasibility,safety and effectiveness.
