中药蜡泥疗法联合全面护理治疗膝骨性关节炎的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究中药蜡泥疗法联合全面护理治疗膝骨性关节炎的效果。方法:选择2013年4月-2014年12月在本院住院的膝骨性关节炎患者80例,随机数字表法将80例患者分成两组,观察组(中药蜡泥治疗)40例,对照组(针灸治疗)40例。再给予对照组患者常规护理,给予观察组患者全面护理,然后对两组患者的临床疗效、症状总积分、CRP、ESR水平及对护理工作的满意度进行统计分析。结果:观察组患者治疗的优良率高于对照组(P<0.05),症状总积分低于对照组(P<0.05),对治疗护理工作的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药蜡泥疗法联合全面护理治疗膝骨性关节炎应用效果良好,值得推广。Objective：To research the care of medicine wax mud therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Method：80 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients in our hospital from April 2013 to December 2014 were selected, they were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in the observation group （TCM wax mud treatment） and 40 cases in the control group （acupuncture） . The control group were given routine care, while the observation group were given comprehensive care, then the clinical efficacy, the symptoms total score, CRP level, ESR level and satisfaction of care of the two groups were analyzed. Result：The treatment excellent rate and the satisfaction with the treatment and care job of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, the symptom total score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Medicine wax mud therapy combined with comprehensive care in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has good results, so it is worthy of promoting.
