精神科护理安全隐患分析及风险管理措施探讨

摘　　要：目的分析精神科患者护理安全隐患情况及发生原因,并提出相应的风险管理措施。方法选取2013年5月—2014年4月该院精神科收治的精神病病例80例,分析精神病患者所存在的护理安全隐患及发生原因。结果护理安全隐患情况:在本组病例中,10例自伤自杀,占12.5%;18例冲动伤人,占22.5%;36例外出潜逃,占45.0%;2例割腕,占2.5%;3例坠床,占3.8%;1例噎食,占1.3%;10例跌倒,占12.5%。结论为了有效防范护理安全隐患,当加强对护理安全管理制度的制定与落实,提升护士的风险预见能力及防范能力。Objective To study the occurrence and reasons of nursing risks, and make management measures. Methods 80 cases of psychiatric patients hospitaled from May 2013 to April 2014 in psychiatry were chose as subjects, the nursing risks and reasons were analysed. Results The occurrence of nursing risks： Dutch act or self mutilation in 10 cases, accounted for 12.5%; impulsive in 18 cases, accounted for 22.5%; lam in 36cases, accounted for 45.0%;cut wrist in 2 cases, accounted for 2.5%; falls the bed in 3 cases, accounted for 3.8%;choking in 1 case, accounted for 1.3%;fall in 10 cases, accounted for 12.5%. Conclusion In order to manage the nursing potential safety, it’s necessary to constitute and implement the nursing safety management system, enhance nurses risk prevention capacity.
