喜炎平注射液联合西咪替丁治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察喜炎平注射液联合西咪替丁治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。方法选择我院2011年1月至2013年12月收治入院的小儿轮状病毒性肠炎患者200例,随机分为两组,每组100例,治疗组用喜炎平注射液联合西咪替丁治疗口服治疗,对照组单用病毒唑,治疗期间观察体温、大便次数及性状改变,大便镜检病毒。结果治疗组缓则治疗后显效率为71.0%,总有效率为97.0%,对照组患者治疗后显效率58.0%,总有效率为85.0,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后腹泻、腹痛、日均排便次数、大便异常比率等指标与治疗前比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后腹泻、腹痛、日均排便次数、大便异常比率等指标与对照组治疗后比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液联合西咪替丁治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎疗效显著、安全,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Xiyanping injection combined with cimetidine in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods 200 children with rotavirus enteritis patients of Our hospital from 2011 January to 2013 year in December admitted to hospital patients, randomly divided into two groups, 100 cases in each group, the treatment group with Xiyanpinginjection combined with cimetidine in the treatment of oral treatment, the control group only with ribavirin, observe the change of body temperature during treatment, stool frequency and stool traits, microscopic examination of the virus. Results The treatment group after treatment of corrosion is the marked effective rate was 71%, total effective rate was 97%, control group markedly effective rate of 58% groups after treatment, the total effective rate was 85, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the patients in the two groups after treatment of diarrhea, abdominal pain, defecation frequency, stool abnormal ratio etc. index compared with before treatment were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the patients in the treatment group after treatment of diarrhea, abdominal pain, defecation frequency, stool abnormity rate were compared with the control group after treatment were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Xiyanping injection combined with cimetidine in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis is remarkable, safe, worthy of clinical application.
