急诊及创伤外科中脉搏氧饱和度监测的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨脉搏氧饱和度(Sp O2)波形在急诊及创伤外科中的临床指导意义。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2014年1月期间急诊及创伤外科收治的200例患者临床资料。结果本组200例呼吸窘迫综合征患者复苏后监测中,44例轻度低氧血症患者经积极治疗后缺氧状态均有效缓解,3例患者多脏器衰竭死亡;93例中度低氧血症患者中59例缺氧状态均有效缓解,34例未缓解,6例患者转院治疗,22例患者多脏器衰竭死亡、6例患者呼吸衰竭死亡;63例严重低氧血症患者中有31例缺氧状态得到缓解,32例未缓解。其中3例因家属要求转上级医院治疗;25例多脏器衰竭死亡,4例患者因呼吸衰竭死亡。中重度低氧血症患者与正常患者、轻度低氧血症患者存活率有显著差异(P<0.01),低氧血症程度与存活率密切相关。结论 Sp O2监测对急诊及创伤外科患者的临床救治有明显的临床指导意义。Objective To investigate the pulse oxygen saturation （SpO2） clinical guiding significance of waveform in the emergency and trauma surgery. Methods Retrospective analysis of January 2012 -January 2014 during the emergency and trauma surgery were admitted to the clinical data of 200 patients with. Results The 200 cases of respiratory distress syndrome patients after resuscitation, monitoring, 44 cases of patients with mild hypoxemia after active treatment hypoxia were effectively alleviated, 3 cases died of multiple organ failure; 93 cases of moderate hypoxemia in 59 patients in hypoxia were effectively alleviated, 34 cases without remission, 6 patients were transferred treatment of 22 cases of death, in patients with multiple organ failure, 6 cases died of respiratory failure; 63 cases of severe hypoxemia in 31 patients hypoxia have been alleviated, 32 cases did not ease. In which 3 cases with family requirements higher hospital; 25 cases died of multiple organ failure, 4 patients died of respiratory failure. Severe hypoxemia in patients with normal patients, patients with mild hypoxemia survival rate had significant difference （P〈0.01）, hypoxia degree was closely related with the survival rate. Conclusion There is clinical significance significant clinical treatment SpO2 monitoring in the emergency and trauma surgery patients.
