肾结石与肾钙化灶的临床诊断与处理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肾结石与肾钙化灶的临床诊断依据,分析其处理措施。方法从不同方面进行综合考虑,主要包括病史、治疗效果和B超的形态改变等内容,对肾结石与肾钙化灶的临床诊断依据进行判断,提出相应处理措施。结果 16例患者,13例患者鉴定为肾钙化灶,3例患者鉴定为肾结石,随访发现均未发现结石发作迹象。结论临床医学中应对肾结石与肾钙化灶进行准确的诊断,并早证鉴定的合格性,才能为相关医学检查提供依据,并对患者病情进行正确评估。Objective To study the clinical diagnosis of kidney Stones and renal calcifications basis, analyze the treatment measures. Methods For comprehensive consideration from different aspects, including history, treatment effect and the morphological changes of ultrasound and clinical diagnosis of kidney stones and renal calcifications according to judgment, corresponding treatment measures are put forward. Results 16 patients, 13 patients were identified as renal calcifications, 3 patients were identified as kidney stones, follow-up found signs has not been found calculi attack. Conclusion Clinical medicine in dealing with kidney stones and renal calcifications in accurate diagnosis, and early identification of eligibility, to provide the basis for related medical examination, and to evaluate correctly the patient condition.
