摘　　要：随着3G业务发展,人们也越来越关注电磁辐射对周围环境影响问题。同样哈尔滨地区市民也担忧此问题。结合国家有关电磁辐射标准,通过对哈尔滨市学府路TD-SCDMA移动通信基站周围环境电磁辐射的监测,结果表明了该TD-SCDMA移动通信基站电磁辐射水平低于国家有关电磁辐射标准,因此不会因电磁辐射而对市民的身体造成伤害。With the development of 3G services, people are increasingly concerned about the electromagnetic radiation impact on the surrounding environment,and the same Harbin residents also worry about this problem. The monitoring results what based on the electromagnetic radiation impact of TD-SCDMA mobile communication base station in XueFu road of harbin according to the national standards on electromagnetic radiation. It show that the electromagnetic radiation level of this TD-SCDMA mo- bile communication base station is lower than the national standard, so it won＇t cause any injury to the public.
