摘　　要：本研究总结了临床药师参与药学会诊的实践经验和体会,选择了4例典型的泌尿外科围术期感染临床药师会诊案例,通过临床药师优化抗感染药物治疗方案,发现4例泌尿外科围术期感染患者临床药师优化后的抗感染药物治疗方案疗效良好。临床药师在泌尿外科围术期感染患者的治疗中,提出合理的个体化的用药方案,取得了良好效果,临床药师在参与泌尿系复杂的感染治疗方面可发挥重要的作用。To summarize the practice experience of clinical pharmacist participating inpharmacy consultation, 4 typical cases of urological perioperative infection were chosen, and consulted with clinical pharmacists for optimizing anti-infec-tive drug treatment to observe the curative effects. 4 patients with urological perioperative infection had attained good curative effect after the anti-infection drugs treatments were optimized by clinical pharmacists. In the course of treating urological perioperative infection, clinical pharmacists put forward reasonable individualized medication scheme, obtained good effect. Clinical pharmacists play an important role in the treatment of urological perioperative infection.
