肾病综合征患者不确定感的护理措施研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨肾病综合征疾病患者不确定感的护理措施。方法选择2013年1月～2014年12月首都医科大学附属北京潞河医院肾内科收治的80例肾病综合征患者作为研究对象，根据不同护理方法将患者分为对照组与观察组，每组各40例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上增加不确定感护理干预，采用疾病不确定感量表测量并比较两组患者入院、出院时的不确定感。结果出院时观察组患者不确定感[（75.3±6.1）分]与入院时[（96.2±6.8）分]比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；出院时观察组患者不确定感与对照组[（91.5±6.5）分]比较，差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论不确定感护理措施干预可以有效降低肾病综合征患者的不确定感，促进患者康复，临床应用效果理想，值得推广应用。Objective To study the nursing intervention on uncertainty of patients with nephrotic syndrome. Methods From January 2013 to December 2014, in Department of Urology, Beijing Luhe Hospital, Capital Medical University, 80 cases of patients with nephrotic syndrome were chosen as the research object. According to different nursing methods, 80 patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Control group was giv-en conventional nursing intervention, based on which, the observation group was added up with nursing intervention of uncertainty. Medical uncertainty inventory scale was used to determine and compare the uncertainty at the time of ad-mission and discharge of the two groups. Results At discharge, uncertainty of patients in the observation group [（75.3±6.1） scores] was compared with that at admission [（96.2±6.8） scores], the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;at discharge, uncertainty of patients in the observation group was compared with that in the control group [（91.5±6.5） scores], the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention of uncertainty can effectively reduce the uncertainty of patients with nephrotic syndrome, promote the rehabilitation of patients and the clinical application effect is ideal, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
