肠内营养治疗在ICU重症胰腺炎治疗中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨肠内营养治疗在ICU重症胰腺炎治疗中的效果。方法将90例ICU重症胰腺炎患者随机分为两组,对照组行肠外营养治疗,观察组行肠内营养治疗。结果两组治疗后血红蛋白、白蛋白水平均有所改善,且观察组改善情况优于对照组;观察组通气时间、肠功能恢复时间、住院时间及住院费用均少于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组。结论对ICU重症胰腺炎患者采取肠内营养治疗,可促进肠功能恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition therapy in ICU treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 90 cases of ICU patients with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was treated with parenteral nutrition, enteral nutrition treatment in observation group. Results After treatment, both groups of hemoglobin, albumin levels were improved, and the improvement of the observation group was better than the control group, observation group ventilation, bowel function recovery time, hospital stay and hospital costs were less than the control group, the complication rate was lower than the control group. Conclusion The enteral nutrition in the treatment of ICU in patients with severe acute pancreatitis can promote the recovery of intestinal function.
