摘　　要：党的建设的基础是基层的党建工作,随着现代社会环境的变化,医院的党建工作建设在员工的思想观念、政治信念等方面都缺少一定的效力,现代医院想要在市场竞争中提升竞争力,增强医院的软文化实力,提高医院的整体政治修养,进一步促进医院医疗水平的提高,就需要从医院整体员工的基层党建工作抓起。本文将主要探讨加强医院党政力度建设的有效途径和方法。以加强医院党政能力的建设,培养高素质的人才队伍,宣传医院文化,加强医院的管理水平。With the change of the society,the hospital party organization work in such aspects as employee ideas,political belief appear some problems. In order to promote the healthy development of the hospital,improve competitiveness,the need to strengthen the construction of grass-roots party organization work. This paper explores the ways of strengthening the party construction of hospital work and methods,the purpose is to strengthen the hospital for the construction of the party and government ability and training high quality talent team,to promote hospital culture,improve the management level of hospitals.
