完全显微镜下经前路颈椎管减压治疗颈椎病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：结合临床实践经验，研究完全显微镜下经前路颈椎管减压治疗颈椎病的临床效果，为该疗法的应用提供参考依据。方法将我院2013年12月～2014年12月收纳的30例颈椎病患者作为研究对象，患者入院后，均接受完全显微镜下经前路颈椎管减压手术进行治疗。观察全体患者术后神经功能改善情况，对比术前与术后JOA评分，分析手术治疗效果。结果全体患者神经功能改善情况为：优17例，良11例，一般2例，优良率为93.3%。相较于治疗前，各椎间隙组内患者术后JOA评分更高，治疗前后对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。1例患者术中输血2个单位，1例患者术后因肽笼脱出再次手术。结论完全显微镜下经前路颈椎管减压治疗颈椎病疗效显著。Objective Based on the clinical experience to study the clinical ef ect of anterior cervical tube decompression in the treatment of cervical spondylosis under the microscope,and try to provide reference for the application of the therapy. Methods 30 patients with cervical spondylosis were selected from December 2013 to December 2014 as the research object. Al patients were accepted anterior cervical spine canal decompression surgery under the microscope. The situation of nerve function was observed of al patients after surgery,and then the JOA scores of preoperative and postoperative were compared. The ef ect of operation treatment was analyzed. Results Al the patients had neurological function improvement：excel ent was 17 cases,good was 11 cases,general was 2 cases,the excel ent and good rate was 93.3%. Compared with before treatment,the JOA score was significantly higher than before treatment,there was significant dif erence between before and after treatment. Conclusion The ef ect of anterior cervical tube decompression in the treatment of cervical spondylosis under the microscope is significant.
