洋地黄在急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭再灌注后早期治疗中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨洋地黄在急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭再灌注后早期治疗中的应用价值。方法将84例经再灌注治疗后的急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者分为观察组和对照组,各42例,观察组行洋地黄治疗,对照组行新活素治疗,比较两组效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者治疗期间均无显著不良反应发生。结论采用洋地黄对急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭再灌注后患者进行治疗可取得较为显著的疗效。Objective To investigate the application value of digitalis in the early treatment of acute myocardial infarction with heart failure after reperfusion. Methods 84 cases of acute myocardial infarction after reperfusion therapy with heart failure were divided into observation group and control group. Each group had 42 cases. Observation group received digitalis therapy while the control group received nesiritide therapy,efficacy was compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）.No significant adverse reactions were happened during the treatment. Conclusion Digitalis has obvious curative effect to acute myocardial infarction with heart failure after reperfusion.
