卡托普利联合尿毒清颗粒对糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察卡托普利联合尿毒清颗粒治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果及对蛋白尿的影响。方法将我院自2013年12月～2014年8月收治的糖尿病肾病患者63例随机分为两组。其中对照组30例在降糖、降压、对症治疗的基础上加用卡托普利治疗；联合组33例则服用卡托普利的同时服用尿毒清颗粒。治疗时间为1个月。观察和比较两组治疗前后的血肌酐、24 h尿微量白蛋白、24 h尿蛋白变化。结果血肌酐同期两组比较或同组治疗前后比较均无差异（P〉0.05）。治疗后联合组24 h尿微量白蛋白、24 h尿蛋白均降低较对照组变化更显著（P〈0.05）结论卡托普利联合尿毒清颗粒可以减小患者肾功能衰竭的危险因素，为延缓肾衰竭提供有利条件。Objective To observe the efficacy on captopril combined with uremic clearance granule for treating proteinuria in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 63 cases with diabetic nephropathy from December 2013 to Augest 2014 were randomly divided into two groups in our hospital. 30 cases in control group treating with captopril therapy based on blood glucose and blood pressure,symptomatic treatment. 33 cases in combination group took captopril and uremic clearance granule. Treatment time was 1 months. Serum creatinine,24h urinary albumin,24 h urine total protein were tested before and after treatment. Results Serum creatinine compared showed no significant difference（P＆gt;0.05）. The combination group 24h urinary albumin and 24h urine total protein were lower than in the control group after treatment（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion The risk factors of captopril combined with uremic clearance granule can be reduced in patients with renal failure,provide favorable conditions for delaying renal failure.
