摘　　要：目的研究阴囊超声的成像对亚临床型精索静脉曲张的确诊的意义。方法使用回顾性的方法对亚临床型精索静脉曲张80例患者的成像图进行分析,以及与无规律选用的40位正常的阴囊超声成像图进行对照。结果经阴囊超声显像病变组的精索静脉最大内径,反流持续时间与对照组比较有显著性差别。结论诊断亚临床型精索静脉曲张,超声是简便低损伤且行之有效的检查方法。Objective To study the significance of imaging diagnosis of scrotal ultrasonography for subclinical varicocele. Methods Analysis of imaging of subclinical varicocele： a report of 80 cases of patients using the retrospective method and irregular selected 40 cases of patients using normal scrotal ultrasound, compared the imaging chart. Results The maximum diameter of scrotal ultrasonography spermatic vein lesion group,reflux time between the two groups had significant difference. Conclusion For the diagnosis of subclinical varicocele,ultrasound is a simple and effective method of low damage inspection.
