摘　　要：目的：探讨骶骨纵形骨折患者在接受经皮骶髂关节螺钉内固定治疗中的围术期护理干预措施。方法回顾分析我院2012年9月～2013年9月所收治40例骶骨纵形骨折患者的临床资料，并总结其围手术期的护理措施。结果患者未出现任何并发症，骨折愈合平均时间为62.5 d，12个月后均恢复正常生活。结论在骶骨纵形骨折患者行经皮骶髂关节螺钉固定治疗围术期予以有效护理干预，可降低并发症发生率，对患者患肢愈合及术后恢复较为有利。Objective To investigate the effective nursing intervention for longitudinal sacral fracture patients who undergoing percutaneous sacroiliac screw fixation. Methods A retrospective was conducted on analysis of 40 cases of sacral longitudinal fracture in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2013, summarized the perioperative nursing. Results The patient did not have any complications, the average time for fracture healing were 62.5 d, patients all got normal 12 months later. Conclusion For sacrum longitudinal fracture patients who undergoing percutaneous sacroiliac screw fixation, effective nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of complications and postoperative recovery is more favorable.
