摘  要:目的探讨全程优质护理模式对口腔颌面外科手术患者住院满意度及负性心理情绪的影响。方法将160例在我院接受口腔颌面外科手术的患者随机分为试验组和对照组各80例。试验组给予全程的优质护理,对照组给予传统护理。对两组患者手术前及出院时的焦虑、抑郁情绪进行评分。结果试验组较对照组满意度明显升高,且护理前后SAS、SDS评分较对照组降低显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理模式应用于口腔颌面外科手术患者不仅能提高其住院满意度,还能有效减少其负性心理情绪。Objective To research the high quality nursing care mode for patients with oral and maxil ofacial surgery in hospital satisfaction and the influence on negative psychological feelings. Methods 160 cases of patients were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group(n=80). Treatment group was given the whole quality of nursing,the control group was given traditional nursing. The two groups of patients before surgery and at discharge to rate of anxiety and depression were compared. Results The experimental group increased significantly than control group in satisfaction before and after nursing,the SAS and SDS score was reduced significantly,the dif erence was statistical y significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The model of high quality nursing in patients with oral and maxil ofacial surgery can not only improve the hospital satisfaction,but also can ef ectively reduce their negative psychological feelings.
