吞咽训练操配合康复护理干预治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察吞咽训练操配合康复护理干预治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者的疗效。方法将90例符合入组标准的脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组45例,实验组采用每日吞咽训练操+康复护理,对照组采用康复护理;采用洼田饮水试验进行吞咽功能评估,治疗期为21天,比较两组在治疗前、后吞咽障碍程度评分。结果治疗后两组患者的吞咽障碍程度评分均较治疗前改善,治疗后实验组优于对照组。结论吞咽训练操治疗配合康复护理干预在改善脑卒中患者吞咽功能障碍方面较单纯的康复护理具有更好疗效。Objective To observe the ef ect of swal owing training exercise combined with rehabilitation nursing intervention in treatment of stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,45 cases in each group,the experimental group used swal owing training exercise therapy combined with rehabilitation nursing,control group only used rehabilitation nursing. Results After treatment, two groups of patients with dysphagia were significantly improved compared with before. The experimental group was better than the control group. Conclusion Swal owing training therapy combined with rehabilitation nursing intervention have better ef icacy in treatment of stroke patients with dysphagia.
