摘　　要：目的探讨医学影像科医疗纠纷产生的原因及其防范措施。方法以作者在放射科遇到的各种纠纷为案例,查阅大量文献资料,分析医学影像科医疗纠纷产生的原因、产生过程、责任主体等,探讨预防纠纷发生的具体措施。结果医疗纠纷的产生有其固有的原因,医生和患者都具有不可推卸的责任,尤其是医生,更是具有主要责任。结论只要我们加强管理,改善服务态度,提高服务水平,增强服务质量,加强医患沟通,医学影像科的很多医疗纠纷是可以避免的。Objective To explore the causes of medical disputes in medical imaging department and its preventive measures. Methods All kinds of disputes in the author encountered in the department of radiology for example, access to a large number of documents, analysis of causes of medical disputes, medical imaging department produced by the process, the main responsibility, to explore the preventive measures of disputes. Results The causes of medical disputes has its inherent, both doctors and patients has not shirk the responsibility, especially doctors, is mainly responsible for. Conclusion As long as we strengthen management, improve service attitude, improve service levels, enhance the quality of service, strengthen the doctor-patient communication, many medical disputes in medical imaging department can be avoided.
