摘　　要：目的：探讨非绞窄性小肠梗阻采用经鼻肠梗阻导管治疗的临床疗效。方法本次医学研究选择我院2012年1月～2014年12月之间收治的100例非绞窄性小肠梗阻患者为观察对象，随机将其分为对照组和实验组，对照组接受常规导管治疗，实验组接受经鼻肠梗阻导管治疗。结果实验组患者临床观察指标情况优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论非绞窄性小肠梗阻患者接受经鼻肠梗阻导管治疗，具有较为理想的临床效果。Objective To investigate the non strangulated intestinal obstruction with clinical curative effect of nasointestinal obstruction tube treatment.Methods 100 cases of non strangulated intestinal obstruction patients were selected in 2012 January to 2014 December in our hospital as the observation object, randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, the control group received conventional catheter treatment, the experimental group received nasointestinal obstruction tube treatment.Results The experimental group patients clinical observation indexes was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Non strangulated intestinal obstruction patients treated with transnasal ileus tube therapy, clinical effect and ideal.
