内外切缝术治疗混合痔70例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察内外切缝术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法将70例混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用内外切缝术治疗,对照组采用传统外剥内扎术治疗。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率均为100%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者术后疼痛小于对照组,尤其排便后患者肛门疼痛程度治疗组具有优势(P<0.05)。结论内外切缝保留齿线术治疗混合痔的疗效与外剥内扎术相当,但术后疼痛感较轻,体现了微创化的特点,且复发率和并发症发生率低。Objective To observe the clinical effect of internal and external slit technique in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods 70 cases of mixed hemorrhoid patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group using internal and external cut suture in the treatment, the control group used traditional Milligan Morgan operation.Results In the control group, the total effective rate in the treatment group, was 100%, no signiifcant difference （P〉0.05）, the treatment group patients postoperative pain was signiifcantly less than that of the control group, especially in patients with anus after defecation pain degree of the treatment group has obvious advantage （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Both inside and outside the slit reserving dentate line for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy curative effect quite, but the postoperative pain, embodies the characteristics of minimally invasive, and the recurrence rate and complication rate is low.
