摘　　要：目的比较经尿道前列腺剜除术与经尿道前列腺电切术对尿道括约肌牵拉长度,从而了解哪种手术方法更容易造成术后尿失禁。方法自制简易模型模拟经尿道前列腺电切术及经尿道前列腺剜除术,同时录像,回放录像,按比例尺测定尿道括约肌牵拉长度。结果简易模型模拟前列腺电切术对尿道括约肌牵拉最长1.8 cm,简易模型模拟经尿道前列腺剜除术对尿道括约肌牵拉最长6.2 cm。结论经尿道前列腺剜除术对尿道括约肌损伤大于经尿道前列腺电切术,更容易造成术后尿失禁;适当先电切膀胱颈部前列腺组织,再做剜除有利于减少经尿道前列腺剜除术术后尿失禁。Objective To compare transurethral enucleation of the prostate （TUEP） with transurethral resection （TURP）, we measured the length of the urethral sphincter stretch in two kinds of operations to understand which one is more likely to cause urinary incontinence. Methods Simple model had simulated two kinds of operations, record a video, playback the video, measured the length of the urethral sphincter stretch to scale in the video. Results The longest stretch of urethral sphincter in model of TURP is 1.8 cm, the other in TUEP is 6.2 cm. Conclusion TUEP is more likely to cause urinary incontinence than TURP. And it can reduce the post operation incontinence in TUEP to cut the prostate tissue near bladder neck before doing enucleation in TUEP.
