摘　　要：目的：探讨乳杆菌活菌制剂治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选择老年性阴道炎患者120人，随机分为三组。治疗Ⅰ组、治疗Ⅱ组、治疗Ⅲ组，分别于疗前，疗后停药3～7天观察指标，进行统计学分析。结果三组比较，乳杆菌活菌制剂治疗组总有效率最高，并且助于阴道内乳杆菌的重建，提高阴道内雌激素水平。结论乳杆菌活菌制剂对老年性阴道炎有较好的治疗作用。Objective To investigate the lactobacillus preparations for treatment of senile vaginitis clinical efifcacy.Methods 120 patients with senile vaginitis were randomly divided into three groups. Treatment groupⅠ, Ⅱ group therapy, treatmentⅢ group, respectively, before treatment, after treatment discontinuation 3～7 days observed indicators, statistical analysis.ResultsThe three groups, lactobacillus preparations highest total efifciency of the treatment group, and help rebuild the vaginal lactobacilli, improving vaginal estrogen levels.Conclusion Lactobacillus preparation on senile vaginitis have a better therapeutic effect.
