氨氯地平、非洛地平和缓释硝苯地平治疗高血压疗效观察

摘　　要：目的本次研究主要是对氨氯地平、非洛地平以及硝苯地平治疗高血压的疗效进行分析。方法在研究的过程中,主要选取着三种药物剂量分别为5㎎、5㎎和30㎎。治疗高血压患者的数量分别为53例、50例和49例。在治疗的过程中,三者都选择口服用药的方式,服药时间为2周。结果三种药物对于高血压患者的治疗结果存在着较大的差异,从有效率上看,主要是81%、76%和76%。但是,这三种药物对于改善心肌缺血和心功能方面都具有突出的疗效。结论这三种药物在降压的过程中都发挥了降压效果,不仅服药方式比较方便,很少会出现副作用的现象。Objective This research is mainly to hypertension curative effect analysis of amlodipine, felodipine and nifedipine.Methods The main selection of three kinds of drug doses were 5 mg, 5 mg and 30 mg. The number of treatment of patients with hypertension were 53 cases, 50 cases and 49 cases. Medication for 2 weeks.Results Three drugs for the treatment of patients with hypertension results in large difference, from the effective rate perspective, mainly 81%, 76% and 76%.Conclusion The three drugs have played a signiifcant antihypertensive effect in lowering blood pressure in the process, not only the route of administration is more convenient, there will be very few side effect phenomenon.
